Asahi UF KCV 3010 and KCV 5010 Membrane were developed for Cationic Electro Deposition paint recovery in car body paint bath operation.

With its high stable filtration rate, the paint bath can maintain its excellent quality and stable operation. By using high strength hollow fiber membrane, reverse filtration is possible for cleaning and rinsing.

    2. ASAHI KASEI UF MEMBRANE – SEMICONDUCTOR FIELD

    This is the most trustable UF Membrane in the semiconductor wafer fabs industries. Hollow Fibermodule type UF is the best for final filter in UPW system due to High Reliability on:

    • Perfect rejection of sub-micron particles.
    • High rejection macromolecules = Smaller Pore Size Cleanness (Low elution, No release particles)
    • Stable operation
    • Double skin with 5 layers structure

    Features

    • High flow rate with permeate collection at top and bottom side to eliminate the dead space in module casing.

    • Collecting permeate from both sides can use all area of membranes effectively because of lower pressure loss, and achieve quick rinse-up!

    • This is the reason why the pore size of Asahi’s membranes is smaller than the others, but module Flux is larger than the others.
